Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Cornish dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Cornish address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Cornish branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Cornish, ME property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Cornish roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Ceiling Water Damage Repair in Cornish isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Cornish, ME, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Cornish, ME warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Cornish property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Cornish call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Cornish jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Cornish line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Cornish crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Cornish rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Cornish, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Cornish accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Cornish get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Cornish drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.

Our nearest available Cornish crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Cornish job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Cornish work order, not just in an ad. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
